KITCHEN REMODELING CAN BE VERY DISORIENTING AND INTIMIDATING IF NOT APPROACHED CORRECTLY.

At initial consultation we will spell out the outline of the project, discuss the scope of work, layout and placement of appliances. You will see the reasonable  timetable, choice of materials, finishes, hardware and available upgrades. At your request we provide references for our past jobs in your immediate area. Within a couple of days you will receive the Estimate via email, with detailed breakdown of every aspect of the job priced separately.  After approval of the bid, we execute the Preliminary Work Order / Retainer. This is the initial Contract, necessary to start working on your project. Next step is the preparation of detailed drafts, floor plan, wall elevations of your kitchen. You will have the chance to review them, make changes, adjust layout and finalize all the design elements. On our links page, we provide the list of suppliers, where you may browse cabinet door styles, hardware and laminate options. Upon your satisfaction of the drafts, we adjust the initial bid according to your choice of hardware, finish, material. Then we draw the Manufacturing Contract. The amount, paid for the Preliminary Work Order is deducted from the Manufacturing Contract. The whole process is very personal, your suggestions are incorporated in the design, and pricing is transparent. We are never over the budget, unless our customer specifically requests additional works  to be done  after the manufacturing started. What is  important, that our customer is always in contact with the same person, who came to the initial consultation. We go though the project all the way, from our first meeting until the last day of installation.

Besides new kitchen cabinets we also provide such services as Refacing and Refinishing of cabinets.
Refacing is the process when existing cabinet doors are discarded , face frames receive new layer of wood veneer and new doors are installed. This process allows you to have brand new look on your kitchen for a fraction of the cost of total remodeling. You do not have to change counter tops, hire electrician, plumber, appliance installer, tile installer. There is very little mess involved, and the whole job is usually done in 2-3 days. We can make it any color of your choice, giving your old cabinets 100% face lift. This is a very good affordable alternative to the kitchen remodeling. All refacing jobs include new European style concealed spring loaded hinges.

Sometimes Refinishing of cabinets makes sense. Usually Refinishing is a good choice when your cabinets are in fair condition with occasional finish peeling, small water damage in sink area, and/or  loss of finish in high traffic areas. We can match your existing finish and return your cabinets to brand new condition. We can also change color of your cabinets to darker color. However we cannot refinish your cabinets to the lighter than existing color, or remove paint in order to apply stain. The amount of labor involved in stripping the doors to bare wood in order to make them lighter makes process more expensive than Refacing. That is why we always recommend to Reface your cabinets if you would like to change color to the lighter.
